brittannia 7% saver

Dear guys a girls my brittannnia regular i year fixed rate saver matures in 2 weeks time, can i draw my money out all in one? and how much intrest will on make paid in maximum 250 a month so i will have 3 thousand at 7%. thanks in advance.

erm, you won't actually have 3k at 7%. Because you pay in monthly, you only get interest on what is in the account each month eg. Month 1 £250,Month 2 £500 etc etc. If you were allowed to put the 3k in as alump sum, then you would get the full 7% but they won't let you do that :mad:

are you sure it's not 7.5% regular saver?

yes it is 7.5% thanks for that i paid in 250 pounds at the start of every month.

I don't know what it is;) . But assuming it's been 7.5% throughout ....... you will get around £115 gross interest - just above £90 net (of the 20% tax which will be deducted if you haven't lodged an R85).

brittannia also did a reg saver that finished after a year was 7.5% gross fixed.

i kicked my ongoing brittanna reg saver into touch, u would get more interest with no withdrawal restrictions by regularly saving into brittannias internet account, someone would get even more interest by merely keeping 100.00 in brittannias direct account and keeping any sum of money over 100.00 elsewhere.
