I would just get a cheap flight out there and look yourself through an estate agent. PP. seem to have a hard 3 days sell lined up for anyone taking the free flights, Be careful if your thinking of Northern Cyprus I have been warned off by a local solictor telling me if I brought on land once owned by a Cypriot before the Turkish invasion if Turkey ever handed NC back the land would revert to its orignal ownerIf you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0

We bought our parents place in Cyprus through these guys. http://www.buysellcyprus.com/nqcontent.cfm?a_name=v3_inspection_trips We didnt go via the inspection trip but independently as saveapenny suggests. The main difference going with these guys is that they are not the developers like parador, pafillia, or leptos who will only show you their off plan developments. They will still show you new sites across the board if thats what you're looking for but they also have a lot of resale properties on their books. We dealt with a guy called Andreas based at the shop on the harbour at Paphos. There was no hard sell but in fairness we were not tied to them, we just like the selection of properties shown and the fact that they listened to what we were looking for rather than what gave them the biggest commission. Hope it helps.:beer:0
