Adjusting an up and over garage door.

Hi All
Does anyone know how to adjust an up and over garage door at all? Mine has become 'wonky' and catches at the top left corner when opening/closing.
Looking at the door from several feet back, it is clear the door is not perfectly aligned, there is more of a gap the the bottom left and top right - strangely the problem is worse during cold spells and appears to be hardly noticeable during the warmer weather.
I've tried to find Youtube videos in an attempt to fix the issue myself but I can only find instructions how to tighten the tension so the door opens fully.

When mine did this I adjusted the spring tension on one side. It should have a large spring on each side with adjusters on the top of each.
If that does not do the trick, it is possible that that runners have warped or bent. Make sure they are clean and well greased inside because if there is any grit or a pinch point in them, it will stop the runner wheel moving smoothly or fully into position.0 -
Thank you Aylesbury Duck. I checked and cleaned the runners (although, I will have another go when the weather is a little warmer!).
I'll take another look at the tension springs and try to determine which of the two need slight adjustment. Ironically, since the cold spell has ended the door is functioning as normal again but it could still do with adjustment so as not to happen again.0
