Tuition compensation

As a post-grad student I am set to lose a third of my taught seminars this term due to strike action. My term fees are £1625. Do I have any official rights in terms of seeking compensation? The university is palming me off with excuses, I was considering legal action and/or placing a claim through the courts. Do I have a leg to stand on? I understand the plight of the lecturers, and that the subject is potentially contentious... but I feel as if the students are footing the bill and the university is not taking responsibility.

I thought students used search engines to find everything these days.

That article doesn't answer my question, but thanks for the useful comment.0
