ESA and inheriting/buying a home?

Hi all,
I am currently on ESA and DLA as I have complex disabilities- cerebral palsy, survived brain tumour, now gave multiple sclerosis (lolz no kidding)
My Dad passed away 2 yrs ago and my mum in 2009. My 2 siblings and I have inherited our father’s house and are about to sell it for 350k. I was planning to use my share of the money from this house to buy my own house. I have made an offer on a house that is 90k. If I do this, will it be considered deliberate deprivation of capital? I’m absolutely terrified and don’t know what to do. Of course I plan on trying to get a job ASAP but I don’t realku know how successful I will be. I suffer from depression (surprise) and all the rest...As far as I know I should still be entitled to DLA.
