Natwest PPI claim

My partner had both mortgages and a personal loan from Natwest, all of which had PPI, which he said 'just came with it'. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any account numbers etc, but I believe they were only paid off around 4-5 years ago. Can he still put a claim in without an account number, or is there a way to find out your account number?
Any advice appreciated, thanks.

He just needs to send his complaint to Natwest, with as much info as he remembers.

Can you access your old bank statements from back when they were paid off 4/5 years ago?

If so, the mortgage payment/loan line item on the statement will have a reference number which will be the mortgage/loan account number.
