I take it from this:
" I have a hp Photosmart 5520 printer when I try to print out boarding pass black bar code I broken up have fitted new black ink still same problem "
You actually mean that, when you try to print out an Airline Boarding Pass Barcode, it does not print the barcode without breaking up the details into irregular lines. I am not trying to put down your presentation, I think that either your first language is not English, or you have a Dyslexic condition. As my son and grandson have the same problem, I can sort out meanings behind their writings, without being sarcastic and disparaging.
I have a Photosmart C5380, basically an updated model of yours. My advice is to switch off and disconnect your printer, uninstall all HP printer drivers from your PC, then go here to the HP Support site:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Photosmart-5520-e-All-in-One-Printer-series/5157533
Go to "Software and drivers" enter the details of your printer and dowload the latest software & drivers. Reconnect and switch on your printer, Windows may ask at this point if you want to download the drivers from Windows. Accept this: you will not then have to install the HP drivers you downloaded, but leave them in the Downloads folder.
When you have downloaded and installed either the Windows drivers or the HP ones, go to the HP programmes now on your PC. Ther should be something like "HP Solution Center". Click "Settings" - "Printer Toolbox" - "Clean Printheads". Go through the programme, then click "Print a Diagnostic Page".
This will clean your printheads and print a page which will show whether your printer is now OK. Close the HP Solution Center and try to print the barcode again.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.
