Roofing Quotes and Questions...

Hi, please can anyone give a rough idea on costs.

I live in a 3 bed Victorian terraced house...

1) I would like to slate my roof (welsh slate), which currently has concrete tiles. The house originally had slate, so now the beams are slightly cracked and might need bracing. Also, there are tears in the roof lining so this would need replacing.

2) The attic to be reinsulated and boarded for storage.

3) Take a redundant chimney stack down at the back of the house, to just below the roof line and capped off. The Hole would then need fixing but if the roof was being slated, this would work out well.

4) New guttering to the front and back of the house.

5) To fibreglass the roof of a bay window.

I know there’s a lot here, but any advice would be appreciated. I have some quotes being done in a couple of weeks but it would be good to have a rough idea before this.
