PIP abroad

Hi I am new to this and still trying to find my way round. Here is my Question. I am close to retirement and want to move abroad I have 2 stepsons who are disabled they currently receive PIP and DLA. Can they take this with them ? or part of it ?

It looks from info on the link that Poppy gave that the answer is no, if you're planning on moving long term, for PIP at least. However, wouldn't you then apply for the French equivalent of the relevant benefit as a resident there?
