Charge Notice - Highview

Hello all,
The keeper received a parking Charge Notice through the post as the potential driver overstayed the duration stated. Now, the potential driver uses the car park a fair amount, has stayed there for the same amount of time previously and has never had a ticket. There are a number of signs up, but the potential driver has never really noticed them. The company is Highview Parking.
Would appreciate any advice, as to whether it's even worth trying to appeal?
Thanks,
MojoPoppers1

forget "martins advice" its out of date and incorrect
the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread at the top of this forum is what you need to read, after editing your post and remocving any hint of who was driving
the DRIVER drove on the day and the DRIVER may have overstayed
the KEEPER has received the postal notice
yes you should appeal, as keeper, using the template appeal in post #1 of that sticky thread
and yes that thread IS up to date, so just follow it0 -
Or search the forum for Highview and use the wording that also wins. No link given.
Have fun on Monday morning submitting it at 9am and see if you can beat the two hour Highview challenge from appeal to cancellation email! Sooooo easy.
No link given, because newbies do best when they search the forum and find the resource they need.
Hahahaha, Highview are the easiest, like taking candy from a baby. Enjoy the fun!Would appreciate any advice, as to whether it's even worth trying to appeal?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
