Co-op Travel Insurance

I took out an Annual Insurance policy recently with Co-op through Topcashback.

The policy was reasonably priced and I got #15 cashback from TCB.

A few days later, I got a letter from the Co-op saying that I could claim a free one night hotel stay in the UK through http://www.onenightfree.co.uk valid until August 2019! A night at any one of the featured hotels would cost more than I paid for the policy :)

Needless to say, I'm very happy. Don't know if it is a time-limited promotion (there was no mention of it when I purchased the policy) but maybe worth a try if you are looking at travel insurance for the near future

Is there no terms and conditions tied to the deal,ie you must stay x number of nights to claim your free night?

no, you don't have to stay more than the one night which is free, but you can add further nights which you pay for. Also, the free stay is on a room only basis, but there is no obligation to eat in the hotel.

I forgot to mention that I am a Co-op member, which gave me a 25% reduction on the premium
