Snow and PPCs

With all this bad weather around, I wonder if we will be getting reports of PPCs issuing their fake fines for motorists who have been stuck in car-parks because of the snow, or being penalised for not parking correctly in bays because the white lines are under inches of the white stuff? It's happened in past years.
Of course, PPCs could use some common sense. But frankly, I don't think that phrase appears in many parking companies' dictionaries.
