Parking ticket code27

Hi
I've just got a code 27 ticket for parking adjacent to a dropped doorway/ raised carriage way while parked in a disused bus stop making a delivery to a client.
Other vehicles were parked also but haven't got a ticket, this is purely down to the dropped footway IS this still valid as the bus stop is now defunct and when buses stopped here surely they would commit the same offence??????
