Hello dollyponduk and not sure why you didn't receive your letter so long after it was written.

Go Online 8 was available from 15 February 18 to 28 February 18. You're doing the right thing in keeping an eye on our website as this is where new tariffs generally appear first. As well as writing to customers, we also put information about tariffs on bills, statements and annual summaries. The website, though, is the best place to start particularly with specific online tariffs.

Sorry you missed out on version 8 dollyponduk.
