You have had responses from two of the most active contributors on here. Losing money on houses happens sometimes. I would bank the cheque and move on.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion. If that's how you view my responses so be it.

People that don't like the responses they receive. Do tend to get irate and petulant. That's a fact of life.

All MSE employees are clearly visible. This is an open forum. Much akin to being in the pub. Where people chat openly and without reservation.

As for use of grammar. Stick and stones may break bones but words will never hurt me. Something I learnt many years ago. Ignorant people are best left alone. As obviously aren't really interested unless their already held view is reinforced.

To clear up something else. I'm not a King nor descended from one.
