Prize Terms and conditions:
12. Travel will be on Friday 24th August 2018 - Sunday 26th August 2018, winner must be available to travel on these dates.
14. Winner and their guest must, if needed, organise their own visas/paperwork in order to fly and enter Germany. Winner must cover any fees or associated costs themselves.
15. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
16. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Also includes Tourism Tax for the duration of the winner's stay, payable locally to the hotel upon check-out.
17. Dinner is based on two adults enjoying a 7 course meal from the tasting menu including ½ bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee.
18. Andrea Bocelli tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Entrance to the venue cannot be guaranteed and is at the doorman's discretion. Passport ID may be required
19. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
20. These terms are subject to English Law and by submitting and entry, entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at it's absolute discretion.
