HELP!! Unfair PCN horizon parking

Hi everyone
Please could someone advise me on how I should proceed with the parking charge notice I received from Sainsbury's on 14th Feb 2018. Stupidly, I appealed by email to horizon parking before reading the newbies thread! I realise I should of used the template provided but I really had no idea about any of this.
My situation is I entered Sainsbury's @ 4.30pm to get food shopping then left approx 5.30pm. As it was Valentine's Day I then went for a meal with my boyfriend at the pub. We then re entered Sainsbury's approx 8.30pm to get a pudding and left short after. Now this parking notice hasn't bothered to pick up the fact my car left and came back so it says I was parked for 4hrs30mins when I wasn't !!!
I was so enraged I emailed horizon immediately with this email : Hello
I am emailing you regarding an incorrect fine you sent me. The reference number is ....
Your notice claims i was in Sainsbury's on the 14th Feb for 4hrs 39minutes. This is incorrect as in actual fact I had been in Sainsbury's twice that day. When I entered at 16:13 I had been in to reserve an item in Argos and collect some food shopping. I then left and then returned later that evening to get fuel and dessert after having dinner with my boyfriend in the white horse @ hascombe at 7:15pm. I did make a booking with the white horse so if I can supply evidence of this if needed.
As your cameras have picked up my car leaving the premises at 20:52 I'm sure if you revisit your camera log you will see me leaving shortly after 16:13pm approx 16:35pm and also me re-entering approx 20:30pm.
I'm sure this is a mistake you must have often. Please cancel the fine and respond to this email.
I realise this may of not been the best way to go but I feel it is so unfair as I genuinely did not stay there over time ! Can ANYONE please advise where I go from here ?
Thanks so much

The Newbies Sticky is the way to go for putting together a POPLA appeal - they should send you a code with their near-inevitable rejection and you would do well to look-up recent threads on "Double-Dipping" for some more specific examples to work with.0
