Baxi boiler

Hi, need some help, have been going round the houses and nobody seems to be helping...
We had a brand new free Baxi boiler fitted last May through a npower scheme. Since being fitted the boiler has broken down 4/5times(including on the first day it was fitted!) leaving us with a toddler and no heating or hot water. Each time, engineer comes out spends half day on repair, few months later same problem.
We were doing OK with this cold snap until two days ago, boiler stops working, so again no heating or hot water with a toddler in the house. After hours on the phone, hours of being on hold, managed to get through to npower who said its under warranty with manufacturer I.e. Baxi so call them. So after more hours on the phone finally get through, and apparently they don't have an emergency response, so earliest they can come is NEXT WEDNESDAY!!!
So now we are just supposed to go without hot water and heating in this weather for over a week!! Surely there's something else I can do??
PS, I'm sure I can't get a private boiler repair done because it invalidates the warranty, has to be a Baxi engineer.

You sure it's not just the condensate pipe frozen ,?
This is for another make of boiler but it's the same method for all

Thanks for the reply.
We checked the condensate pipe already, its not that. Its a problem with the ignition, there's a red light that flashes 3x.0 -
A frozen condense will probably give a ignition fault.0
