Is it possible to transfer title deeds and discharge the standard security without the help of a Solicitor?
I have delt with most aspects of my late husband's estate on my own but l worry about making legal errors.
I also worry about the legal costs too !!
This would be under Scots law.
Many thanks in advance for any advice you can offer me.
