Hi,
I posted a couple of days ago regarding convents.
I have downloaded the title register for the property in question, and it states that the list of restricted convents are illustrated in the transfer document, of which i need access to.
Please can someone point me in the right direction as to where i can get this? i believe it can be downloaded?
I have tried searching the property on land registry but it only has 3 options to download:
1. title plan
2. title register
3. flood risk
many thanks
Mark

I think the word you're looking for is 'covenants'. It might help to find what you're looking for if you use the correct term.0

He might be looking for convents. Don't judge.0

I suspect that because you are a personal property search user on the HMLR site, you can not see all the documents relating to the property. A business user would have access to all documents relating to the property unless they are "missing".
If you are buying this property, your solicitor will most certainly ask the sellers for the transfer in question, so the easiest option would be to ask your solicitor to forward a copy to you.
If this is your property you are selling, you should have a copy of the transfer, or if it is mortgaged, then the lender may have the documents.0 -
If the Transfer is referred to as being 'filed' on the register then you can apply for a copy by post“Official Company Representative
