Hi to all the knowledgeable people.
In short I went through appeals and all the annoying letters and ignored Debt Recovery Plus Ltd. Now the DRP Ltd suppose to pass my case back to the CPM UK Car Park Management which issued the private PCN (an invoice not council PCN).
Question: will I get any additional notice to pay before they take me to a small claims court (like a letter before claim)? What is the time scale from now on and what can I expect?
Best regards

The timescale is: they have up to six years to issue a county court claim.
You can expect more debt collector's letters.
You should receive a Letter Before Claim giving you thirty days to either pay up or convince the claimant that they've got it wrong.
Do not ignore a LBC nor official court papers.

That’s most helpful Keith. Thank you.
I’ve read the other threads but trying to complain to the Freeholder as I believe they are in breach of my leasehold. Trying to postpone everything anyway because I have a lot on my plate at the moment. And I can always just pay it before they will take it to court..

Search 'UKCPM Gladstones claim' on this forum and read a shedload of ones that have gone before you. We won 99% of fully forum-assisted/defended cases here in 2017, only two lost. No biggie!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
