Mr

I had my building and contents insurance with halifax and only made a claim once since 1997 however I tried to make a claim on my buildings insurance which I was charged extra so it would not affect any claim, trust me halifax do not like paying up (after paying £38 per month on a regular basis) if you don't believe me, wait your turn) I would not touch them. Another thing I had money taken out of my sharedealing account without notice when I queried it, it was put back without explanation or apology.

Another company that does not like paying is AXA, they did everything to frustrate me that gave up in the end, they are all fly by night when it comes to paying
