Paying tax for a company car I no longer have.

Hi All
MSE newcomer here.
I have received my tax code for April 17/18 which shows my previous company car has not been removed since July 2017. I contacted HMRC who have adjusted my tax code accordingly for this period and also for future tax codes.
Will I therefore be entitled to a tax rebate at all for the company car tax I have been paying for the past 6/7 months? And how long should it take to come through.
Thank You
David

Depending on how much of a refund you are due, it may be slowly recovered via your tax code. If not, at the end of March you will be sent a refund. You can chase it.0
