Nrock Login Problem

I've been a saver, first with Tracker then converted to Silver Saver about 6 month's ago, for many years. I log in at last once a week to check all my accounts have not been phished. The login paths are all saved on my desktop so I have not been using the wrong site. I have always used 1 'first school', 2 'mother's maiden name' and 3 'place of birth'. I have not forgotten these nor am I losing my memory (yet!) nor have I mixed up them up. I got locked out after 3 tries on no 2 whereupon they sent me a new one time password. I was then obviously meticulous on my 3 attempts allowed and no I did not have caps lock on. They reset my question to no 1 assuming I got no 2 wrong, which I didn't. I have been locked out again. They say they give me one final chance on no 3 and if I get this wrong then they will send me a new one time password which will allow me to re-set all my memorable words if no 3 fails. Anyone else had this problem as I'm convinced that their database is corrupt?

Didn't have quite that problem, but did notice that it was very slow getting in and moving about the site.0

..... nor have I mixed up them up.
Hmmm ... we'll believe you
You beat me to it with the Caps Lock. Unlikely their database is corrupt.
Delete cookies & temp files - then run your virus checker(s) before you try again? If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
Update. Got my one time password and entered my account OK. Question was 'name of first school' rather than my last untried option as briefed on the phone. Entered exactly as before I was locked out and got in first time. I was then asked to re-enter place of birth, mother's maiden name and password. Now no problems. Good job I didn't need the money. I'm tempted to go for B&B at 6.4%!0
