From 1 March 2018 we will be changing the way that blue badge users apply for their free parking.
Currently, blue badge users can register their vehicle for free parking by attending a pay machine, entering their registration and it is validated straight away.
From 1 March 2018, blue badge users will also need to enter the serial number from their blue badges, found on the front of the card.
We have installed signs at each pay area and next to all disabled parking bays with instructions. If you require further assistance, please visit the Parking Enquiries desk in the Brunel atrium.
No mention of course of what to do if an occupant is disabled but doesn't have a blue badge.
