Fun n games with NatWest Switch

Applied for an account online and got an email telling me they needed more info and to phone. Did that and was told there was no record of my application so start again. Did that and started getting multiple forms leaflets and blurb....and, no surprise, 2 accounts, cards, PINs and user names.
Closed one (supposedly) but stuff keeps coming through the letter box.
Emails and texts telling me the switch is complete and went to pay a bill online. CAN'T, need to get a card reader OR use the mobile app. Installed the mobile app but wont let me make a payment until it's been installed for 72 hours. Tells me to use online banking.
NatWest? What a bunch of clowns! (No wonder they had that numpty Fred Goodwin as ringmaster).
Just need to be patient, wait for the switching bonus, and move on. I'll have earned the switching 'bonus'!
Maybe M&S next? I know MSE recommends HSBC etc but I had difficulty with the customer service mob's Scotch accents and they kept getting angry with me and blocking my account.
Everything will be great after Brexit.
