Staff Parking Notice Euro Car Parks

So the local wetherspoons I work at has a staff and disabled only car park. I worked there only last month as I always do when home from university and have always just parked there as it is quiet. There is a sign saying ‘permit holders only’ and ‘camera controlled’ but I know for a fact permits do not exist and the pub managers just give out tickets to cars they do not recognise. My friend who worked there the same time as me had the same thing recently as she has a new car and when she took it back in they laughed and cancelled the fine however there was a new manager today and just said ‘you technically aren’t working here at the moment so shouldn’t park here. I know I technically don’t work there at the moment but if i appeal it straight to Euro Car Pakrs and attach a payslip from last month do you think it will be accepted? Just don’t want to pay £40/70 for a tiny car park which only had one other car in. Thanks!

PPCs don't cancel tickets on appeal - where's the money in it for them in doing that?

Go to the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 and research what you need to do to easily beat this. I'm sure as a student you'll have all the necessary wherewithal to sort this. Please note, it is not a skim read.

Come back if you're not clear about anything - but in any following post(s), please use paragraphs, as walls of text (as in your opener), especially when we are dealing with this stuff for extended hours, are often ignored as 'too difficult to read', and you risk losing out on some potentially important expert advice.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You aren't getting this are you?

The PPC is there to make money, as much as they can they, are not reasonable in any way what so ever.

The management of the pub have engaged the PPC and are the very ones sending the PPC the information, they will most probably be on a commission for every ticket paid too, so your appeal is totally futile.

You need to follow the newbies thread on here, and no you should not pay these scammers, Euro won't do court for this anyway.
