Carers Allowance

Hi
I get carers allowance for my 16 yr old daughter who has significant mental health needs.. She wants to start to apply for Saturday jobs that I am encouraging as I believe it to form part of her recovery from mental health illness.
If she secures a job what impact will that have on the following benefits I receive:

Carers Allowance
Housing Benefit
Council Tax Benefit
Income Support
PIP (this is my daughter's PIP)

In essence none if the job doesn't affect her PIP claim.

As long as she is entitled to PIP you can still claim everything else.

It will only affect Housing Benefit if she stops being a dependent i.e. leaves education.

Thank you tomtom256 She will still be a dependent and in f/t education. I currently get DLA whilst her PIP application is being assessed. The job is only a few hours on a Saturday but I think it will really help her recovery from a long term mental health illness.
