Scottish Amicable

Hi,
My wife and I took out an endowment policy with Scottish Amicable (now the Prudential) in 1999.
I have the details of the policy and know it included a Waiver Benefit premium and a Mortgage Interest Benefit Premium.
I have tried to follow the MSE resolver tool but fell at the first hurdle as neither Prudential nor Scottish Amicable are listed.
Can anyone advise if this is likely to be applicable for a PPI claim under Plevin or otherwise.
Any help much appreciated

That is because endowments cannot have PPI.Can anyone advise if this is likely to be applicable for a PPI claim under Plevin or otherwise.
No. Endowments are not PPI and not subject to Plevin. And for the benefit of doubt, nor is your car insurance or house insurance or any other insurance that isnt PPI.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
