The Banks only actually employed "stalling tactics" back when their court case about charges was pending (around 2009).
There are no such legalities pending now.0 -

I received a letter to say I was due to revieve a cheque from Canada Square Operations on the 21st December 2020 within 20 working days, it has still not arrived what can I do.
