VT Excess Mileage - some you, some you don't

For anyone questioning whether they should pay excess mileage charges when voluntary terminating their agreement, or whether they should have their day in court here are links to 2 recent County Court cases now that have completely different outcomes.

I think the key is, without existing precedent relating specifically to the excess mileage charge issue, it will always be risk arguing your case but above all you need to be prepared and do your homework.
