    But what's that got to do with the fact that a spammer's necroposting?

    What sort of deals did they get, and what were their views on being presumably hardworking people and having a property market that is so distorted that they can only borrow for a share of a house, or did they pay cash?

    Hi. I would not go near it as you can't get out of it if you want to sell but it doesn't sell. My daughter 's flat has been on the market for nearly 4 years. She no longer lives in it but has to pay all the charges. She can't sublet or buy 100% . She would have been better renting as that would have been easy to terminate. She thought she was getting a foot on the ladder.

    Many people were sucked in by that one, the property debt machine is a shameful disgrace really.
