Today I pulled out our xd card to transfer the pics on the pc, I later took some photos but I forgot to put the xd card back into the camera
I can download them onto my pc via the cable but is there anyway I can put them on the xd card as I want to get them printed off in our local store
Thanks in advance:D

So are the pics you took on the camera's internal memory?
If so could you not just copy them to the computer (through the lead) then put the XD back in your camera and transfer them back through the lead back onto the XD card (in the camera)?
Or order some prints online perhaps.....0 -
Thanks for your reply but how do I transfer them back through the lead back onto the XD card ? sorry for sounding thickShaz xx

Do you have a card reader in your PC? If so you should be able to copy the photso to your PC via cable and then put the card in the card reader and copy them directly to it.
Alternatively copy them form the camera via cabel and then burn them to CD, I owuld have thought the printing shop would be able to accept them on CD. Check this first obviously. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends

As above, I would transfer them onto my pc, then re-transfer from the pc onto the XD:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

You can transfer the pictures back onto the xd card in the camera via the cable using windows explorer. Just put them back into the sub directory that they came from. e.g. \DCIM\100OLYMP on my Olympus. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

I would have though it would go onto the card by default.....0 -
just upload them onto the puter and then burn them onto a cd.
any photo shop will accept a cd.
or upload them and transfer to the card. photo cards show up in "my computer" just like any usb device.
ie on "my computer" right now, it shows 9 devices, 7 of them "devices with removable storage".Get some gorm.0
