Travel Republic

I booked through travel republic to stay at the Cambrils Princess 13-17 Oct, booked online and recieved accom voucher by email a few mins later. Arrived at the hotel on 13th with my 3 little girls in tow, to be told that they didn't have any rooms to sleep 4, and they would move me to the Maritim Princess. Arrived at the Maritim to find out they weren't expecting us and didnt have a room ready.

The Maritim is a 3 star, I paid for a 4 star. I have emailed Travel Republc, as I feel that I should have a refund for the difference in cost and they have not replied.

Any advice, or contacts for TR?
