As above and you can expect a P11D after the end of the tax year which will outline to you the extent of your liabilities based on "benefit in kind" i.e. the personal use of a company vehicle.0

From experience call HMRC yourself now. Your company has up to 12 months to inform HMRC. I relied on my company to inform HMRC, which they did 8 months later and I had a tax bill for £500!!!
When I spoke with HMRC the advised me to always call them as soon as possible and not wait on your company to do it.
