Best platform ISA and SIPP

Having just purchased my house I am now looking to invest in a SIPP and also an ISA.
My SIPP will be for around £1000 (NET)
ISA will be circa £1,500 a month with £15k initial to kick start it.
Looking at Iweb as an option, but HL seems much more user friendly. From what I can see the 0.45% charge seems to hurt larger fund holders so they tend to stay away from HL.
What are peoples thoughts (the SIPP has to be capable of holding AIM shares)
Thanks in advance

Have a play with this spreadsheet, do the comparisons with your own figures.

Range of funds is more of an issue for me to be honest, so I will have a play with the spreadheet!
Many thanks for your help. :T:beer:0
