I'm currently on HomeEnergy Secure Aug 2019 if I do another BG switch will I have to pay a penalty charge. I'd be switching to All Online March 2019.

Hi,

I'm currently on BG Energy Plus Boiler Cover Oct 2019 and processed a request last Wednesday to switch to the new BG Energy Plus Boiler Cover April 2020 and haven't heard anything since from BG?

Has anyone else tried switching via the energy club?

Do you chase up BG or just hope it goes through? Surely it should be a quicker process than switching to another provider.
