Passport Help?

Just renewed our daughters Passport - which arrived this morning.

However, the Passport Office didnt return the old one - which has always been the case.

Any reasons why? Can we request it? I have all my old ones going back - and our kids have their previous ones.

I think they are normally sent separately - it will come eventually. Maybe in the postal backlog? Passports themselves are normally sent by courier

Old passports are sent back with a corner cut off. As the previous poster said, it is probably stuck in the postal backlog.
