Join savings account - 2 addresses

Hi
My partner and I have some joint savings that is stored in a current account. The amount has grown to a modest amount and we now need to store it in a proper joint savings account.
I am curious as to whether banks will allow us to do this if we live at two different addresses. My partner is a carer for her mum and lives in her mums house half the time. She has all her banks registered at her mums address and hasn't thought to change it over yet.
So all her ID is linked to her mums address.
failing that will any savings account provider allow us to register a joint account at my address even though my partner does not have any proof of address here.

No problem.
See example at Nationwide https://www.nationwide.co.uk/support/support-articles/apply-activate/joint-current-accountThe account holders can have different addresses, but statements and any paperwork will be sent to the first named account holder. These can be sent separately on request.0
