Generally if you bought the house then you pretty much agreed to take it on in the condition is was in when you last saw it. You'll only have a really strong position to get rectification work done if serious problems develop.

Not true. Its because so many house buyers don't know their rights that these builders get away with so much. What constitutes 'serious problems'? There are so many things you'd be unable to discover until you've been living in the house for some time.The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.0 -
