Wy parking enforcement ltd

Hello Moneysaving expert,
I have read your forums on WY Parking Enforcement Ltd and would like to present my particular that I have.
I was contacted last year about illegally parking outside some derelict land by the above named company.
There was no contact details to talk to someone from WY Parking Enforcement Ltd.After numerous threat letters which I have also read about from other users of Moneysaving expert,I knew that I was also going to get duped into handing over my hard earned money to this fraudulent company.
After numerous letters I received a letter from Gladstone solicitors and the from a County court saying that the case was being heard in court.I don’t understand how Gladstone solicitors can take on this fraud and continue to send letters out on their behalf.also now DCBL (bailiffs) are involved and everything up to this point looks to be not in my favour as all these firms stack up in favour of WY Parking Enforcement Ltd against me.
I have rung FCA up and they said that they couldn’t do anything as they only can proceed against firms that are regulated and since this firm isn’t regulated they couldn’t help me.
I have read on a thread on your forum that one letter, recorded delivery to the FCA should have put a stop to this but the FCA said they couldn’t help me and pointed me in the direction of Action Fraud.I have lodged a complaint against them and waiting on them to respond to this matter. In the meantime the court letters have suggested that I have already been presented with a CCJ against my name so I cant understand how a fraudent company use the Gladstones Solicitors and the Courts to do this from a matter that was fraud from the start?
Now the bailiffs are involved and the solicitors and also the courts I am getting quite worried as some threads on the forum suggested I ignore everything which I cant continue to do so,so any help help on this matter would be highly appreciated.
I have followed what you said to contact the FCA and this has not successfully materialised so please help o this matter,as I am getting really worried.
Thank you.

You need to go to the Newbies thread and read about set asides. How did a court case come aout, be heard and found against you without you knowing about it? Have you moved and not told the DVLA? If you cannot find the Newbies thread follow this link and go about halfway down post #2.

I rather suspect from the OPs thread that he did know all about it but chose to ignore it, thinking that the FCA was going to magically sort it out. Which of course they won't, and I'd be VERY interested to see any thread on this board that advises that writing to them is the solution!

OP, as already said, Newbies thread is what you now need to read, specifically on set asides. Although if you have ignored everything to date, I think you're going to have a hard time here.
