Hi,
I have found a house i am really interested in. I have put an offer in at the asking price. I have Mortgage Promise, 10% deposit ready and no chain.
The house was listed for sale around 2 weeks ago. I made my offer yesterday morning. Can anyone supply me with some advice/information as to when i would chase this for a response.
The house i am interested in is also not in a chain so its not as if they are waiting to find one themselves.
Thank you,
