TSB Classic Plus or Tesco Bank?

Been out of the loop for a bit as I had no money at all, and now I don't know which account to put my spare cash into.

I have a TSB classic plus and a Tesco bank account. I can see the TSB account has been downgraded to 3% on up to £1500 (think it was 5% on £2000 when I joined), but the Tesco account says up to £3000 but only if I put in £750 a month and have 2DD's??!

When I signed up to the Tesco one there was no requirement to put a monthly sum in, and no DD's required (so I don't have any).

Do these Tesco requirements only apply to new customers, or have they been applied to all accounts now?

I'm trying to find the answer myself but it's difficult trawling back through it all when you have been out of the loop for a while.
