I received a letter dated 8/01/18 advising i was being refunded PPI but it had been sent to my previous IVA, it took from then until 14th Feb to get the cheque reissued to me. They assure me it was sent out and would take 5-10 workng days. The 10th working day is tomorrow, and i’m not holding out much hope of getting it. Does anyone have any experience with them? Did anyone receive payment on the final working day?
