Business insurance question

Hi all
I have question about business insurance and I was hoping someone here might know the answer. I'm opening a barbershop and I was wondering if the business insurance has to be in my name, the business owner, or can it be in my son's name who sometimes helps me with the business. I ask that because I have a CCJ in my name and I'm afraid that might hike up the price.
