Car tax payment

Hope this is the right place to post my question regarding paying for car tax. I want to pay by credit card (on line) but I'm unsure if i'll get charged for using it.
The V11 for says - (Quote)There is no fee for paying with debit card, prepaid card or a personal credit card. An additional fee of £2.50 is applicable to all other types of cards (End quote).
Question: What other sort of cards are there that will incur a fee?
Thank you

Not the right forum ....... but charging for using credit/debit
cards is no longer legal.
The DVLA website as usual is out of date, what's new
with any government website0 -
To answer your question: A business credit card, a charge card, just two examples.0

Ah I see, thank you both for replies. Just out of interest, where should I have posted this question?0

Probably going to the horses mouth (DVLA) would have been best place.Ah I see, thank you both for replies. Just out of interest, where should I have posted this question?
(You can pay by phone - it's automated, but would tell you if you were going to be charged a fee for the card you intend using - if you don't want to pay a fee then you could simply put the phone down before paying)0
