Help to Buy ISA Question

Does anybody know with the Help to Buy ISA, will the mortgage lender take into consideration your bonus when you're applying? Our bonus would take us down to 75% LTV.
I understand that the bonus won't be released until completion, but I'm not sure if the lender would accept it (if we showed proof of our ISAs) as forming part of our overall deposit?

my understanding is that the Help to Buy ISA would be factored in as it is used for completion deposit/stamp duty, it just cant be used for the exchange deposit.0
