Hi i have recently completed my Ro1 exam with CII. I have now got a job with an insurance company and was wondering would it be worth while changing my diploma and doing the diploma in insurance as i am working in an insurance company. Was mainly looking into the pros and cons and why people choose their routes in these two fields offered by CII.

I think only you can answer that depending on your career choice (no money in insurance
). if you have decided to go down the insurance route and your still young enough to be able to use the qualifications if definitely worth going down the cert route then onto a diploma and ACII however there is no substitute for experience so gather as much knowledge as you can in the various types of insurance. Never does any harm to specialise either.
