MSE website broken

It would appear the MSE website is broken on Chrome and Safari at least. Keep getting the "you are using an older browser" message and then everything is just text links with no graphics.
Can someone tell the webmaster that they've broken something.

It looks like that for some reason they're not recognising the browser identification string Chrome and Safari are returning. On the forums its defaulting to the mobile site with the links at the top.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Was not working for me earlier on both latest Edge and Chrome on Win10. Seems OK now.0
