Does anyone know if i was to offer creditfix a final settlement offer would still be paying my monthly repayments while they sort it out. And if so would they take the monthly payments out of the settlement figure or would they take settlement figure as well as monthly payments while it is sorted.0

I am presuming you have an IVA KG2230. Each company will work differently so it is best to ask them directly about their process for a full and final with lump sum variation however to give a rough idea...
It would depend on where the lump sum offer was coming from and your personal circs. Is a family member offering the money to you to settle the IVA? Have your circumstances changed at all, i.e. is the monthly payment still affordable according to your I&E?0
